We have worked with a variety of different businesses for their commercial renovations. This Tuckerton project is within our Middle Township service area. Here is what we did for the Wawa R4 project. The R references it as a remodeling project and the number is the different level of remodeling. A R4 is when everything inside the store gets demoed and replaced with all new/upgrades while the outside will get power washed, re-line stripped, and maybe a repaint of the building.
Complete commercial renovations
At Benavidez Commercial Contractors, we understand that the renovation will make an impact on your business. There are special skills to complete commercial renovations. For this project, we focused on the remodeled deli area. This food preparation section, as well as the entire store has new flooring installed. We also installed new wall tile, Acrovyn for wall protection, new countertops, and updated equipment.
The project began with the entire Wawa store being gutted.

A Well-done Renovation Project
The details are many. The remodeled beverage area has a new sign hung, and a decorative wall covering was added to the walls to enhance the look. The old floor was removed, and new flooring was installed. New cabinets and drink machines were installed. This front deli area shows the new ceiling tile along with the TV shroud placed around all the newly installed TVs. There are also new cabinets and the latest touch screens for ordering food throughout. The new coffee bar also has new cabinets, and there is new white tile on the deli walls.
The project was completed for both the interior and exterior of the building. The aerial image allows you to appreciate the entire work.
